A Croquembouche is a delightful dessert for a wedding, engagement or special event. They also double as a amazing centrepiece. However special care must be taken when ordering. The croquembouche will be assembled as close to the time of pick up as possible, as the toffee will only last for 6 hours. If it has exceeded this time without being served, the toffee will become weak and the croquembouche collapse.
These stunning desserts are sold per profiterole and the minimum is 50.
